Welcome to my website!  If you're thinking of purchasing a new or first home, selling or relocating to our area (or any state)...I would love to help!  Unlike working with a team...I, PERSONALLY, respond to your questions, concerns and/or requests for information.  Should you want to look at any home currently listed for sale I will arrange the appointments and communicate directly with the listing agent or the seller and schedule a time that fits within YOUR alotted time. 

Just a suggestion when you're looking for a new home, keep this in mind...unless you build a custom home most existing homes listed for sale won't have everything you may wish for.  So, it's important that you keep your wants and desires in line with your family needs and must haves.  My clients always find it easiest to compose a list with two columns headed with MUSTS      WANTS. For instance....you MUST have 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage, small or large yard, vinyl siding, 2 story,etc.  Where as your WANTS may include walk-out lot, swimming pool, etc. but may not be a realistic view when you can't qualify for a large enough income to have those added features yet.  If you use this approach when searching you'll yield more homes in your initial search to consider and can always add or subtract any criteria if you adjust your budget up.
